We are looking for an amazing Receptionist and administrator to join our team based at 88 Alma Road, St Kilda.

  • Provide a welcoming reception and professional first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Navigate incoming phone calls, pass on messages and take visitors through the site.
  • Efficiently guide clients to appropriate internal resources and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure a smooth operation through effective administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and administrative activities, supporting data integrity and reporting requirements
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of client fees relevant to the programs delivered.

 

Note: This is a full-time permanent position based onsite during normal business hours at 88 Alma Road, St Kilda. 2 x Part-Time candidates may be considered under a flexible Job-sharing arrangement.

 

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience working within Community Services, Healthcare, AOD or Mental health sector.
  • Demonstrated experience working hands on with clients with diverse backgrounds.
  • An ability to handle sensitive situations with appropriate discretion and judgment.
  • Excellent administration skills with strong multitasking skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening skills and clear speaking skills, with an ability to tailor communicate style to suit the diversity of residents.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a faced paced environment and be part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft’s Suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint and Excel.
